Reservation Policies
 
You will be called during the ten days preceding each meeting. The reservation you make may be changed (additions / cancellations) up to the Monday preceding each luncheon meeting. To make any changes call Earlene Whorton at 269-944-1731. If you do not call to cancel your reservation(s) by the deadline you are expected to pay the cost of the luncheon(s).
 
To make a reservation by e-mail for the luncheon meeting, please sent an e-mail to info@marsp-bcc.org. In the e-mail, provide the names of those who will attend and the date of the luncheon. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
